Bird Bath has been chosen again, this time for the Leigh Yawkey Woodson, Birds in Art exhibition 2017. There were 113 pieces chosen from the top bird artists worldwide. Its always an honour to be chosen.

For the third time I have been accepted for the Ducks Unlimited National Art Portfolio with my painting, Sunflowers and Chickadee. Sixteen artists were chosen from artists through Canada. DUL make beautiful, high quality prints from the original paintings and auction them to raise funds for wetland conservation.

I just sent this new original to Tutt St Gallery in Kelowna and they had sold it before it arrived. I always seem to be playing catch up. It would be so nice to complete a painting in a couple of days, instead of 3 weeks.
